“Broken Promises” Booked: 25 apr 2026 – Tata punch (white) Promised delivery: 1st week may→ then 15 may Reality: not even proper update on vehicle, also blaming tata for not allocating vehicle to their dealership. No written update, no apology—just silence. I finally cancelled . If pre-sales is this bad, imagine after-sales!
I had a good and seamless experience purchasing my car from the dealership. The buying process was smooth, and the delivery was completed well. A special mention to Geethanjali from the sales team, who supported us throughout the process and helped coordinate the purchase professionally. As a small suggestion, more proactive updates closer to the delivery stage would further improve the customer experience, especially when final timelines are being confirmed.
