Mubarak and Nagesh were quite helpful in the whole process of car purchase. They never made false promises and let me know everything genuinely. Even if there was something that could not do they told upfront which I liked the most. Waiting for my first service experience.
Never buy tata car in this showroom better u can buy someother place in bangalore very worst service and false promises and mainly sales team ,service team ,service is very very bad

I had a great experience with Mr.Mubark sir Kroex auto service at Tata motors located Sarjapura main road .Mr. Mubarak sir was punctual, explained the process clearly, very good and approachable person. Make sure to meet him while your visit at Kropex Tata motors.
Poor experience. Pathetic customer service. Executives are least bothered to even say hello to customer. Not enough stock for display or test drive.
