Absolutely disappointing sales experience with Tata Motors. The sales network is honestly one of the weakest parts of the brand. Test-drive cars are either not available at all or are “being arranged” indefinitely. Even after taking a confirmed appointment, the dealership does not bother to have the car ready at the committed time. What’s the point of scheduling a test drive if the showroom itself doesn’t respect the appointment?
