I purchased my Nexon from these guys 3 months and they are supposed to return my 30k but and I am chasing them on a daily basis but no help. The whole staff is shoddy and provides no help, better to buy from somewhere else. Had to struggle to get my number plate as well!
Not recommend to anyone . They hide offers even offer available. And not given TATA group employee offer also.. don't expect any gift 🎁 from them at the time of delivery. one of my friend bought from other than KROPEX motors. He received gifts 🎁.
Even though it is small showroom, but i got the best deal from the showroom in their area. The response from sales staff Prakash and his lead Rajesh was amazing. They have given us all possible detail of the car and also allowed maximum discount for the booking. After a nice test drive, we have booked our new Tata Nexon here. Today we got the delivery of our vehicle on 4th Oct, as committed by Mr. Prakash. He has made it so easy and hassle free for entire delivery process. Thanks for the best experience so far.
Was a good experience. However, the dampener was they didn't accept a simple request to provide a driver for drop off when taking delivery. The delivery agent did provide a driver, but charged a bomb, on top of it took additional money for petrol which I am not sure he filled also!! This dampened the entire experience.
