Worst ownership experience. I bought a Tata Punch Petrol AMT Facelift (Top Variant), and within just 2 months, the battery has been completely drained 4 times, requiring Roadside Assistance every time. The reasons given by the service centre kept changing: - First, I was told the car wasn't driven for 3 days. - Then, I was told the iRA system was draining the battery. - Later, I was told it was a software issue. Please don't visit this showroom. I recently purchased a Tata Tiago, and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the sales executive, Hemanth, and his team. Their communication, customer service, and overall support were disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience for future buyers.
