Bought Nexon EV from Kropex. While the sales manager was fine, there was follow up needed at every stage. They delivered on the promised date and time. One thing is they didn't activate fast-tag. There was some issue with Axis Bank fast tag where it didn't allow second car on a pre-registered number. They prepared the vehicle for delivery without fast tag. That was not a pleasant experience. Rest was fine.
Excellent!! After looking at few TATA showrooms nearby. I came to Kropex. And am glad I did that. Monisha, sales advisor, was thorough from day 1. Explaining all aspects, answering queries, and available even on her off days. That's some serious commitment. Always dealing with a smile. The other folks also, accessories support, management all are great!! Thank you Kropex and Monisha!!
