Sales specialist Kavya Shree is worst. She said she will arrange car for test drive and once we are in showroom was informed vehicle was busy. This happened twice

Very poor customer response.. They will take the customer to backyard to show vehicles.. despite of multiple follow ups we have not got the test drive vehicles.. Good that i have decided ditch because after sales no guarantee of good customer car service.
