Worst experience. They don't care about customers at all. Their only goal is to get your booking. After that, they do only the absolute minimum required and always come up with unnecessary excuses to avoid doing anything extra. For every single thing, you have to keep following up and constantly push them to get it done. Even when something can easily be handled by them on their own, they won't take the initiative unless you keep reminding them and practically sit on their head until they agree to do it.
