Very poor aftersale services, very disappointing management, they literally cut your calls if you call them for any work, neither they respond you nor they taking you seriously, at the time of sale they are promised you for everything but the aftersale response was totally revers. Not at all happy for their aftersale services
I brought harrier ev ! Not delivered yet , its okay , but there was no PDI TEAM AVAILABLE, waited for 2.5 hours although the sales guy tanmay was supportive . But before even delivery i am disappointed . I hope future experience will be good
I went to Jaika Tata Motors, Chandrapur to use the EV charging machine, but no one there provided any support. The charging machine was stopping every 2 minutes, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Very bad
