Pathetic sales service. No space to park our car, they expect buyers to come by auto or cab. I asked for 3 cars to be checked, none of them were available. Simple answer was, sir hum arrange karwa dete hai, sir hum test ride schedule karwa denge. None of them captured the details and hence no follow up. I have decided to go with Mahindra, even if I want to buy Tata then definitely I will never go for heritage motors. Simply pathetic. Don’t buy Car front this showroom . There are over-smart people over there . The staff don’t know how to attend the customer . Please look in for other dealership if you are buying a Tata car in Thane . And off-course u would get better discounts elsewhere .
I had a great experience overall with the services. Although there were a few hiccups regarding the actual delivery date, everything was communicated and transparently, which i really appreciated.
