Good service! Initially, we had some hiccups in the service due to a specific customer advisor. However, later on it improved a lot when we got another advisor Mr. Kamlesh assigned to us. Mr. Kamlesh served and supported us very well and ensured to have a smooth delivery experience for our family. Thanks and appreciate the service.
I recently took delivery of my Tata Punch Adventure CNG Automatic from Heritage Motors, Tata Motors, Ghodbunder Road, and I had a really wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Bad experience
Disastrous experience with this showroom. Commitments made during booking mean nothing to them. My vehicle delivery has been delayed indefinitely without any valid explanation or official update. Repeated calls to the management go unanswered or end in empty promises.
Bad service Extremely disappointed with the service here. Booked a car with a clear delivery date promised by the team, but the deadline passed with zero updates. Whenever I call, I get vague excuses and no clear answers from the sales advisor. Completely unprofessional experience after taking the payment. Save yourself the stress and avoid this dealership. I didn't even want to give a single star, but the review wouldn't get posted without it.
