I had booked a slot for servicing of my Tiago Car for 10000 hrs on 10 May(Sunday). As per instructions I reported at the service centre at 0955 hrs. But being Sunday I was disappointed to see lack of staff at the front office and I was attended to for 15 mins. Staff even refused to talk to me. I had no option but to return without getting my car service. It was a pathetic experience, very poor show
The overall experience at this service center was extremely disappointing. The staff demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism and accountability. There is no respect for customers’ time, and requests are often ignored or unnecessarily delayed. It appears that the team is more focused on passing time rather than providing efficient service. In contrast, the service quality at Roshan Motor VKI is far superior, where customer concerns are handled promptly and professionally. This center seriously needs improvement in staff ... read more
