My impression towards tata service was very bad due to past interaction with other service stations. To my surprise, Mr Raju attended my car, resolved the issues reported with care and provided regular updates over whatsapp during my 2nd free service. This service center is teeming with thieves. During my first service for my Tata Sierra EV, they stole my tool kit. I never imagined encountering such behavior from an authorized service dealership. To make matters worse, the service advisor is incredibly rude. Despite being overwhelmed with customers, this is no excuse for their rudeness. Furthermore, their escalation managers don’t even pick up calls from customers.
