Worst experience ever. Tauseef is not at all helpful as an advisor. Their service lacked professionalism and accountability. Sent my car for major service. Got it back with new handbrake issue, AC vent broken and without proper cleaning. This is my first bad experience with TATA the moment I moved to Mumbai from Delhi.
