Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service at Puneet Tata Motors, Saki Naka. My car has been breaking down repeatedly for the last two years, and almost every 4 months it ends up at the service centre with a new issue. Despite multiple visits, the technicians have not been able to identify and resolve the underlying experience. Tata Motors seriously needs to look into the quality of service, technical diagnosis and accountability at Puneet Tata Motors, Saki Naka. This level of service is simply unacceptable.
Absolutely terrible experience. This car has been giving me a tough time for over 2 years and has spent more time at the service centre than on the road. It has been 10 days this time, and nobody still seems to know what they are doing or what the actual problem is. Extremely poor service and after-sales support.
Extremely disappointing service. My car has been at Puneet Cars for 10 days, and they still have no idea what the actual problem is or when it will be fixed. The same issues have occurred repeatedly despite multiple visits. Poor diagnosis, poor communication and absolutely unacceptable after-sales service.
Never pucks a single call. I have been trying to give my car for service since the last one month. But none of the numbers are attended by anyone. Most unprofessional. Good for nothing. Never give your vehicle to these people. When they can't take your call for business, what service can expect. 0 stars.
NEVER I REPEAT NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE CENTER !! I gave my car for first service and they charged me 4K for various things including a deep cleaning.
