One of the worst service experience 1. I told them there is a sound coming from AC vent, but they told this is common, but it became worst now 2. Went twice for wheel balancing but they even made it worst compared to before. 3. ನಾನು ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಆರ್.ಆರ್. ನಗರ, ಮೈಸೂರು ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಟಾಟಾ ಮೋಟಾರ್ಸ್ ಶೋರೂಮ್ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೆ. ಆ ವೇಳೆ ನನಗೆ ಆದ ಅನುಭವದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಾ ನಿರಾಸೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾನು ಶೋರೂಮ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದಾಗ ಯಾರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಮಾತನಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಮಯ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾರಾಟ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದು ನನ್ನ ಅಗತ್ಯವನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ವಾಹನ ಖರೀದಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಇಂತಹ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ವರ್ತನೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಬೇಸರ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಟಾಟಾ ಮೋಟಾರ್ಸ್ನಂತಹ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆತಿಥ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿ... read more
Service slot and call response not good worst
Worst service centre. They disconnected the off clutch moving in the gear system. When I went back and asked…they said that you adjust it and drive the car. After updating the music system, some options error occurred. Only audio is coming, nothing else is coming. Should I put this music system in the dustbin? They made me wait 15 days to do the CNG STORAGE CAPACITY CHECK. Then they said that it is only 8kg capacity and gave me the car.
