No communications between service team and reception team. My AC WAS NOT WORKING IN TIGORE EV car. I had send vehicle for service along with repair of AC. I get my car back after 3 days with only servicing done no repairing of A/C done the reason being part not available which they ordered and told me will get back in five days after 8 to 10 days. Very bad experience, no clarity, still issue persist
I had an excellent experience with this Tata Motors service center. The entire team was professional, supportive, and truly committed to providing the best customer service. I had an issue with my car’s FATC/infotainment component, which was covered under warranty. Since the part usually comes from Pune and can take more than a week to arrive, the team took the initiative to raise it as a VOR (Vehicle Off Road) request so that the part could be sourced from a nearby location and replaced as quickly as possible.
