Very satisfied with the service provided. The staff ATISH was professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the process. They completed the work efficiently and took good care of the vehicle. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Definitely recommend!
The service is bit slow. They promised it will not take more than 2 hours for 1st service and ended up taking 4.5 hours for same. The sells staff need to understand other downtime as well. Like a lunch brk, advisor allotment etc. They should consider and then inform about estimated time rather than blind estimate.

He was professional, courteous, and kept me updated at every stage of the service. The entire experience was smooth, transparent, and the vehicle was delivered on time.
