Even fish markets are better organized than this hell of a place! Absolute chaos and confusion. No system in place at the OPD, same patients are called in to consult the doctor again and again while others keep waiting whole day! No tokens are issued, no clarity is given about the waiting time! People just come trickling in without any prior appointment and they don't have any fixed number of allocations for consultation for the day which is an absolute must in such hospitals!
