Sat at sushi bar. Watched the runner take a plate with 2 rolls to the booth seating area behind us then come back to the doorway of sushi station & kitchen. Runner talked to 2 "sushi chefs" for a while (which is what caught my attention). He sat plate down on sushi bar & 1 roll went into a to go box. The other roll remained on the plate. That plate was then placed on the station in front of us. Then they added a roll to it & served it to me. We talked to management & they don't have cameras to cover their sushi prep area.
