Hibachi rice and wings are OUTSTANDING!!! Though a smile at the register would truly complete the overall experience.
Ramen is really good.
I walked into this restaurant carrying my own raw cauliflower because Florida’s supply chain apparently floods every kitchen with its sad, green imposter: broccoli. Instead of judging me, the staff happily swapped them into my ramen and created a masterpiece and thus earned customer loyalty in addition to a five-start review.
Terrible experience from start to finish. Customer service and phone etiquette were extremely poor, with zero personality or professionalism. To make matters worse, after paying $15 for a bowl of pho, my order was missing basic items like silverware and condiments. For the price, I expect better attention to detail and some level of quality control. Forgetting essentials that are needed to actually enjoy the meal is unacceptable. Between the lack of customer service and careless order accuracy, I won’t be returning.
