Staff was super friendly, polite, went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable. Food drinks are tasty. Would definitely return, or recommend

I ordered room service. I ordered a burger "medium rare" it was delivered cold and well done and seemed like it was cooked the night before. I ordered the spicy chicken wings but they were delivered cold and plain with no spice or seasoning. I returned my order to the restaraunt and requested a refund. In case you wonder what a $28 pepperoni and sausage pizza looks like, here you go. If it was fresh made, it would totally be worth the price but a reheated freezer pizza at prime rate is hard to grasp.
After flying in from the Uk. I decided to try the Fish and Chips, the 3 x portions of fish in batter was quite nice but the waffle wedges were a bit much. Heavy and full of oil. The worse thing was that it was served in a bowl, rather than on a plate. We sat away from the bar area and kept getting missed during service. Expect better from a Hilton Hotel. The chocolate mouse to finish was good.
