Food was good, not great. And the store is pricey, but you can get some interesting, unique pork-based and pig-style items. We'll go back again.
I was very disappointed in the way I was treated this evening. I went in to place a take out order and was greeted very well. I asked for a menu and was told it was it was over there. While waiting to place an order, the waitress proceeds to ask the cook if she was cooking any more burgers. The cook said not right now. They didn't even know what I wanted. So I asked if she was going to take my order and she told me she couldn't. I feel like as long as the business is open, a customer should be served. I'm very surprised!!!!
My wife and I had breakfast at Taste of Smithfield today. It was amazing. I am convinced that they have the best Eggs Benedict on the planet. The service was great and the price was very reasonable. It was an all around excellent experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Great food, service and shopping. Sweet Potato Ham Biscuits were out of this world good.
We Love the sweet potato biscuits with country ham!
