Service is horrible consistently. Food comes out at random intervals so one person can just sit and watch another eat. Clearly they couldn't care less about the dining experience. Nickel and dime you for things like tea or rice or egg flower/hot and sour soup, which almost any Chinese-American restaurant provides as a courtesy, especially considering their entrees are more expensive than your local, humble Chinese-American restaurant. Very nice food and staff is hospitable . Waiting was a confusing bit where two times people were seated before us while we were on top of the list. It put me off because it happened twice despite telling the usher. Having said that I will continue to go there for the love of their food! Its fresh and really tasty.
