As close to authentic as you can get in America. Love this place!
My chinese girlfriend brought me here, most amazing authentic chinese food I have ever had. Get the green beans with the carmalized onion things on it...soooo good.
We arrived around 6:30/7 on a Sunday evening. It was pretty busy but we got seated right away. Ordered the yummy handmade Potsticker appetizer then split: kung pao chicken - Sichuan style (wilder side menu), Yang Zhou fried rice, & Pork Chow Mein with "shaved" noodles (which are thick & almost dumpling like). The food came super fast but not all at once. We didn't mind cause it was delicious & it gave us time to clear our little plates for the next item. All portions were huge. Great food! But for $40 worth of Chinese food, one might expect that it would come with some rice. And if you call to order out, they don't tell you that rice isn't included, so you might not know until you get your food home. :( Also, if you eat in, don't expect your food to come out together--they bring it out one item at a time. Some of these practices are contrary to everything I learned in my years in the restaurant business.
