This is the 4th time I’ve gave it a chance and every time is the same. Overpriced and underwhelmed. The food isn’t necessarily bad, it’s just $15 for a very bland sandwich. I tried just a grilled cheese the last time and they brought out completely cold bread and cheese. I asked for them to heat it up and they said they would remake it for me. I'm a well-marbled, newly-promoted senior citizen and I've tasted food in many cultures and contexts, both stateside and overseas. I am giving that context so that you dont take it lightly when I say - This might have been one of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted in my life. The meat was plentiful and of great quality, tender and flavorful. The bread was likewise perfect, as was the ratio of "wiz" to protein. Top tier cheesesteak! Having lived in Philly and tasted plenty cheesesteaks, I was very pleased. Service is always friendly and food is always fresh!
They sent a coupon to my home, but later told me it was only valid at a specific location and not valid at this store. I’m 38 years old and have traveled to many countries — nobody gives anything for free. I came here hungry and, since the coupon was not accepted, I had no choice but to buy something. I’m giving this store 1 star because I feel misled.
