I usually prefer my own cooking to that of many restaurants in town because, well most of em here suck. But I have been stuck on the works Philly from y'all so I thought I'd save some money and make myself and my hubs a Philly Cheese Steak tonight and I still want one from Taste of Philly because mine did not compare. And now I'm sad I didn't just order em in the first place. Shame... on me.

We have been long time customers of the County Line and University location. We have always loved the food until today. My husband ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was absolutely terrible! It was so saturated in sauce that it was a soggy inedible mess. I have always loved the fries and today they were nearly burned to a crisp. We are very disappointed that one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants has become so abysmal. We still have faith in you. Please get back to your exemplary service and quality. Thank You.
worst customer service I've ever had. been going to this place since they opened and because I was pissed it took an hour and half to deliver a sandwich five miles away and I told the girl on the phone that it was bull**** they now said they will no longer serve me. O well I've been 86ed from another country, so a philly sandwich shop doesn't hurt my feelings. #fucktasteofphilly
Great food! If you had some TVs and more support of sports inside, business would probably improve greatly. The place was dead while we were in. While Piglatin and the nearby sports bar are cranking.

I paid for a delivery and my food on my card. When I called to check on my order I was told they they attempted to deliver and would not redeliver. . I got no call or no knock at my door. I asked for a refund and the rude employee said she wasn’t refunding my money cause they attempted delivery! I called back to the s8 st store the employee was extremely rude and hung up on me several times! This is highway robbery! Ordered from your Bowles location. 45 mins for delivery.. okay not bad 1 hour later and nothing, plus the phones aren’t going through now. Would not recommend this location
Taste is still good but what used to be a real feast is now getting to be an overpriced sandwich which has continually shrunk over time.
