Restaurant, Italian I love going to this restaurant for date night. It's small and cozy and every dish I have had is delightful!
Great food, wait time a bit much The food served is very good. The pizza has great flavor to it. The spaghetti sauce is very good, I would say cooked to perfection. My only problem is that sometimes the wait for your food can be very long. If you have a lot of time on your hands and want to relax, it would be good. On the other hand, if you have children, the wait may be a bit much for them.
TASTE THE BEST THE MOST AMAZING SALADS AND SOUPS ARE SO MOUTHWATERING YOU'LL BE DREAMING ABOUT THEM FOR DAYS. AND EVEN BETTER ARE THE RICH CREAMY SAUCES SERVED OVER ANY PASTA YOU WANT. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT IN SAN DIEGO AND I'VE LIVED HERE MY WHOLE LIFE. THE BARTENDER, ANGEL, REMEMBERS EVERYONE'S NAME AND THEIR DRINK OF CHOICE. YOU'LL BE DYING TO GO BACK IT YOU GIVE IT A TRY!
crowded The atmosphere is great they have outdoor seating next to a starucks so it can get a little crowded on the weekends
Light on the sauce I am not heavily into Italian food as the sauces are to rich for me.This time I decided to order the spagetti with the sauce on the side. This was the best, so I only had a taste of the sauce, instead of the sauce drowning the spagetti. It was good. My family really enjoyed their lasagne. Service was good also.
Taste Of Italy is excellent! I usually get the Spicy Arrabiata with shrimp for my salad I choose the house balsamic dressing. It is EXCELLENT!!! Food is always fresh, good quality and seasoned perfectly according to what you ask for (spicy, mild...etc). It is on the pricey side but it is an upscale restaurant so the food is priced accordingly. This place is my go to!! So happy to be able to dine out again. if your looking for great service, great Italian food with a fab martini then you need to stop in. ** facemasks required for entry but then strip them off and get comfortable!
One of my favorite places to eat in Rancho San Diego!!!
