Updating my review. We had originally ordered from them and the pizzas hadn't arrived after about 2 weeks. Perhaps the delivery company had someone steal the box. It is labeled as a food product. A wife called and talked to a very nice person who not only corrected the issue, he sent four pizzas instead of the three we ordered. They arrived in a timely manner and I've only eaten one so far that was quite tasty. Not as good as being in the restaurant but quite tasty. We had a bit of an order mix-up on our end for a friend who was much in need of some Malnati's, so we called over. Kevin was fantastic and helped sort out the problem, even calling back when he figured out the issue and getting everything ironed out. Great customer service!
I’ve been a longtime customer and used to genuinely enjoy the pizzas at Lou Malnati’s. But over the past few years, the quality has noticeably declined—less consistency, and significantly higher prices that have gone far beyond inflation. It seems like they used post-pandemic inflation as cover to raise prices and never rolled them back. Love ordering my favorite pizza from here since moving to Florida. They need to start shipping Turano Bread and El Milagro products as well. 2 well known Chicago only food manufacturers that many of us are missing. I have to order my tortillas on Amazon and unfortunately there is no way to get Turano bread out of state. My bread options here do not compare. Same with tortillas and tortilla chips. Please consider this Tastes of Chicago.
I ordered this for a friend who was grieving the loss of a family member. In checking out, I was never prompted to select a delivery date. I just selected the free option. Unfortunately, I checked out and then noticed the delivery date was going to be when she was out of town for the funeral.
