I am from Buffalo and have been going to this establishment for quite some time. I haven't had a bad experience until yesterday. I ordered a large pizza and double order of wings. I received a large pizza and 13 wings. Not the end of the world, mistakes happen. we bring this discrepancy to their attention and we are called liars and to not order from them again and hung up on. Best wings in Charlotte!!
Second time trying this establishment and would prefer to not go back. My roast beef sandwich was "all roll" and the meat was dry, reheated multiple times no doubt. Definitely not worth $16. Definitely not.
The Pit Wings, Beef on Weck and pizza were excellent, well worth the drive we made from Chapin, SC on Sunday! The only thing that could have made it better is if the Bill's beat Cleveland!
