It was just like being back home eating in Buffalo Ny <3 <3 <3 Can't wait for Fish Fry Fridays to start up.
Home away from home is what I can say about this pizzeria. Many restaurants outside the Buffalo area claim they have Buffalo wings but never compare to home, that is until I order from this pizzeria. The pizza and wings were the best I've had in awhile. Hats off to Taste of Buffalo Pizzeria and the South Buffalo owner.
As someone born and raised in Buffalo, NY, I was incredibly excited about this place when I heard about it. It did not disappoint! From the food and beverages (Loganberry and Labatt Blue, especially �) to the ambiance, I felt like I was right back at home. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone missing Buffalo food, or anyone who wants some quality pizza and wings! :)
As native western New Yorkers, we couldn't be more happy to have found this place....pizza was excellent and the wings were exactly what we've been used to for the past 30+ years. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well! Can't wait to go back and try a ton of other menu items. When I opened the menu and came across the "beef on weck", I instantly knew we stopped at the right place. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that would like to experience how real chicken wings should be!
I'm from Rochester, and I was craving Pontillos pizza and wings. I'm so glad I heard about this place. My whole family said it was the best we'd had outside of WNY.
I'm visiting the area from Buffalo. I had the garlic knots and teriyaki wings. The knots were delicious. They were better than most places in Buffalo. The wings were crispy and flavorful. They were huge wings with a lot of meat and properly cooked. Their size rivals Duffs, the best wing joint in Buffalo. I sat with one of the owners, Brad for 20 minutes talking about Buffalo. Overall a great experience.
