Not here to bash this place but ordered take out and everything tasted "off". Tough chicken, weird tasting egg drop soup and bland in general. Reviews overall seem mixed so maybe my standards or too high. Cashier and kitchen staff seemed extremely friendly and service was fast.
Bad service and bad food. What could be worse. They forgot my fried rice, and Cindy told us that because of this they would give us a $5 discount on the next order. Food also wasn’t too good but we thought we’d try it again because of this with a different food item. We called and they acted like we were trying to steal $5 from them and wouldn’t honor it. Super good food!
Their food is really good, but always delivery takes way longer than it should - like over 90 minutes. Today however, I think I’m done. I placed a $75 order almost 2 hours ago. Not only are they not answering the phones, but at 6:30, they just updated their hours on their website to show they are now closed. It is a Sunday and their normal hours show they typically close at 9:30 tonight. They took my $75, didn’t deliver, and now my family has to figure out something else for dinner. No phone call. No notification.
