Not a single good thing I can say about it
First time visit was on a Saturday and the wait wasn't too long. Very cool vibe, I loved seeing a wall of wine and beer on tap. The food was so good, highly recommend the Virginian and the Crab Chowder Soup (soooo flavorful). Will definitely be returning, so I can get good food and also some pictures.
My go to sandwich spot in VB
Waited over 20 minutes for my food. Asked about the status of my order twice while waiting, and was told I was next in line. Then, I watched as four people who ordered after me at the cash register received their food. I then asked for a refund, and the staff tried to MAKE me take food I no longer wanted. I asked for the corporate office number from another store but received the wrong phone number. Terrible customer service at this location. Waited five minutes to be acknowledged while there were only two other customers waiting for their order. No apology from the older woman at the counter. Will not return to this location. Poor taste.
