Hubby and I made reservations couple days before to arrive at 7 four fondue cheese/chocolate. It took them over an hour to serve both items. We didn't end up leaving till 930. Husband wanted to leave before we go the chocolate but they make you pay before you dine so didn't want to not get what I paid for. Chocolate and cheese was tasteless we ended up eating almost everything on our plate without dipping it..... will not be coming back
I really loved the interior of this place but was pretty disappointed at the subpar service. Once we were seated, it took 17 minutes fo even bring us water or to take our drink orders, nearly 40 until we even saw the tea tray, and the tickets only covered one drink (I've been to other tasting rooms that let you try multiple teas within the allotted time).
