Rented from Tassone Realty/Graziano Tassone for a number of years . There are never repairs made to property. Tassone demands to be paid in cash so he doesn’t have to pay taxes on rental income. Tassone has a nasty attitude and is a huge racist always commenting on people’s race/appearance
