I really liked my technician that came out. His name was Alex. He was very professional. He was very pleasant and he explained everything to me. He also did not try to come in and sell me everything. I asked him questions. I told him what I wanted to have looked at he told me the breakdown of everything and I felt like all of the prices he gave me were very reasonable. I wish all technicians were like him. I will be referring this company to any of my friends who ask me and I feel confident in their work & professionalism.
