This seems to be the only hearing centre that understands tinnitus. They are professional and thorough with their testing and support of this misunderstood and mostly ignored, often debilitating condition.
We enjoyed our couple of couple of interactions/examinations with Susan Grenness, and she organised ear plugs for my daughter, who has significant hearing sensitivity. When we required a report of that matter however, we hit a wall. We have contacted the rooms three times since last year, and each time have been told different things. Initially we were informed that we could have a report done by Susan, but that she was busy for a couple of months, and would require payment for the report.
