I couldn’t recommend Dr Kandamany more highly. From my first consultation, he made me feel completely comfortable, genuinely listened to what I wanted and did not rush me to make a decision. I recently had a procedure carried out by Dr Kandamany at Tasman Plastic Surgery, the entire process from initial consultation to being discharged was seamless. I found Dr Kandamany to be very easy to talk to, he was knowledgeable he listened to my needs and made me comfortable all the way through. He was honest but also realistic about the outcomes so as not to fill me with any false hope, or feel blindsided. Dr Kandamany is without a doubt the best plastic surgeon in Hobart. I’ve seen him both publicly and privately for two very different surgeries, and on each occasion, he has been kind, compassionate, gentle, and incredibly skilled. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ensure you feel completely at ease before and after surgery. I recently (Dec 2025) had a Breast reduction and lift with DR Nanda. Right from the beginning it was the best medical experience I have ever had. From booking in and chatting with Danni in admin to the Anasthetic and medical team on operation day. I remember before surgery one of the medical team members said to me if she needed to have this procedure done she would deffinately get Dr Nanda to do it, which put me at ease straight away. I am very grateful to have been referred to Dr Kandamany for a surgical release of chronic De Quervain's tenosynovitis. I am very happy with my experience and the outcome. Dr Kandamany and his assistant, Danny were professional, efficient and kind.
