RecommendedBy far my favorite optometrist. If you need glasses or contacts I highly recommend coming here. The staff has great customer service and are willing to explain answers to any questions i have. I’ve been a patient of Dr Tasman for years and he’s always been caring and kind.

before they became My Eye Dr, they provided much better service. Now, they are like any chain. too bad.
I was told twice I would be called back today and twice it didn’t happen. I will have to pay a second time for something I never got once! I am currently looking for a new eye doctor.
I’ve been going to see Dr Tieu at Tasman Eye for about 3 years now. I’ve NEVER had BETTER customer service anywhere else! I typically see Kayla and Alex as well and they are the kindest people - they treat you like a person, not a number. Always courteous and they always seem to remember you from the last visit! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Long wait times, took 6 weeks to get my glasses (told it would take 5-7 days), they make appointments for you without your knowledge, call to reschedule your appointment (that you changed bc you weren’t aware of the “automated one”) MULTIPLE times & they don’t communicate to each other about ANY of these said mixups. I would give zero stars if I could.. Don’t waste your time.

What an amazing, pleasant, and professional visit to your office today! Alex was GREAT! Dr. G was AMAZING! You have an amazing and pleasant team! Yet, my exit experience at this amazing office was slightly marred by the rude heifer (did not get her name nor do I care to) on the lower right left side of the photo above with her loud laughter and apparent amusement when questioned about VSP discounts from the wonderful vision tech who was taking care of me and my son. I came into this office with very poor vision due to some complications with my contact lenses. Doctor Tieu and his team were very thorough and patient in finding solutions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for their optical needs.
