I honestly can't speak highly enough of my experience with Tasman Eco. When I saw that the product I had been set on for our nursery was on pre-order with an ETA after my due date, John went above and beyond by personally helping us source the pieces before our baby's arrival, which really meant a lot to us at a time when I was feeling down that our nursery was not going to plan. Purchased the Willow package after seeing my sister in-laws. The quality is amazing and on top of that they have great customer service. I have sent a few emails at random times adding a few things to my order and checking the process and always received a reply very promptly. John is very friendly! Highly recommended! 🤍

Can't say enough positive things about the team at Tasman Eco. I unfortunately had to cancel an order due to shipment timing and John from Tasman Eco was nothing but supportive and understanding given the circumstances. Not only did he go above and beyond in helping me find a solution he even went as far as providing other options that could be purchased from other vendors so that we weren't left in the lurch.
