Great customer service!! I reached out regarding a piece of equipment we had that has unfortunately been out of service for some time. I asked for how to troubleshoot, repair, and parts we would need. Eric from TFT emailed me back within 30 mins and walked me through the possible issues, how to troubleshoot, the parts we would need to fix with part numbers, and how to fix the issue.
