IVF is a difficult place to get to in life, and the heightened emotions and fear that a dream will be stripped away can taint the experience. Very disappointed with the lack of structured planning. Before my IUI, no HyCoSy was arranged to check my tubes. I only had one ovulation scan, even though the follicle was still small at that stage. No follow-up monitoring was scheduled before proceeding with IUI. It felt rushed and poorly planned. Fertility treatment should be evidence-based and carefully timed, not something that feels like relying on luck. Patients deserve proper investigation, clear communication, and a well-thought-out treatment plan.
Absolute disgrace of a service. Poor communication, unable to provide simple, clear answers, particularly on the cost and process. Topped off with the worst breach of confidentiality and zero accountability or care. Ended up going to the mainland and the difference was stark. I felt comforted, provided all information, everything was clear and was cared for along the journey. Even with half the process done via telehealth, so i only needed to be in thier state for the physical procedures.
Kind, caring, and compassionate staff. They never make you feel like a burden with all our questions and phone calls
To others considering donating through TASIVF: I initially came across their social media advertisement and decided to begin the process of becoming a donor. I consulted my GP, discussed it with my family, sought advice from someone with previous donor experience, and completed a sperm analysis at my own expense.
