Easy place to pop into for a healthy bite to eat. Sit at the bar to chat with staff or at a table for some laptop time or a meal with friends. My kids love the Nutella crepes. I love their coffee, green juices. they have the best priced wheatgrass shot in town. they have a chess set and some toys too.

Favorite little place to stop at when my husband and I are heading to or from the beach!! So good and so healthy. The oatmeal raisin cookie protein shake and the peanut butter and banana protein shakes are our absolute favorites!!! Completely recommend them! Very relaxing
