go somewhere else for care they DO NOT care about you or what you have going on they will take days/ weeks to send in your prescription then take another couple of days/ weeks to send in a PA you need for said medication. impossible to reach on the phone. you can call everyday to get the paperwork you need and they will just keep telling you the doctor will look at when he can. i'm glad the doctor can enjoy their lives while the patients they are supposed to care about go unnoticed and untreated, dr kent and dr tasha are the... read more
Tasha Preston and all the staff at OIG in Ardmore have been amazing! I have seen her since her office first opened and my life has dramatically changed for the better as a result!
Being a new patient of T. Preston I was very impressed with her diligent care. Sadly office personnel is not, ie; never returning phone calls on serious need of medication refill. I called numerous times left numerous voice mails explained by fault of my own on need of prescription even after I was reassured by nurse shed get back with me , she failed to do so, no explanation at all. 1
