I’ve been a member of Tash Wellness for over five years. When I first observed a workout session I thought it might not be challenging enough. And how could a 30 minute workout be enough? Tash is the perfect place to do an intense 30 min workout. The trainers are always there to slightly correct position. I love to go! It has become a second home. ⭐️
TASH- What a find! I really am starting my fitness journey in ernest. I have been at TASH for 3 weeks and love it! This is a safe, welcoming womens only wellness fitness center. It is a community of such great supportive women. After facing some medical issues I needed to focus on regaining my strength, endurance and balance.
