Do not go to this Kia dealership!! The 2025 Sorento Kia is an horrible ride. I have had this in for issue more then any other vehicle I have ever purchased! The service department customer service is very rude and not helpful and also very slow. Expect to stay there for 4 hours or more!! I wish i never purchased this vehicle!
Service agents were friendly and helpful. Overall the service is slow, but they do offer rides home and back.
