Purchased a F150 lightning last year from here and that process was fine. However, in early February of this year I brought the truck in for a rear taillight recall and 4 additional "customer satisfaction program" updates. One of which was the heated steering wheel module upgrade that I was aware was coming when I purchased the truck but it was delayed during the chip shortage.
