UPDATE: I went in today and they took the truck in, cleaned the rims off free of charge very quickly and were very nice about it, no hassle at all. Pretty happy now. The customer service is pretty good as of recently… over the years they have seemed to focus on being nicer which I’m happy about- about 5 years ago I’d refuse to go but now they are at friendly and will bring you home while the truck gets worked on and can pick you up (as long as you’re not too far away) however when I had them do an oil change, check trans flu... read more
I bought a truck from Tasca a few weeks ago. The salesman I dealt with, Nick Kane, made the experience completely stress free and actually enjoyable. I would recommend Tasca just from the dealings I had with Nick
Their service manager denied the existence of "The Works" package, which they have literally sent to my email along with every other local Ford dealership. They charged me nearly $200 for an oil change and a tire balancing (that I didn't ask for), and claimed that everything was going up and this was the new normal. They told me to check around for pricing and I did.... $79 for "The Works" oil change package everywhere else. This was not my first bad experience here, but is definitely my last.
Just purchased a 2024 Honda pilot from sales person Dylan Medina. I had a very smooth & pleasant transaction. They were very fair with negotiation on the price of the car & very fair with the price of my trade in. Along with Dylan the managers Elain & Tony worked hard to get me where I needed to be on price & I was smiling rolling off the lot!!!!!!!!!
Had an issue with my tire where the sidewall wall damaged down to the core. George, Service adviser, understood my situation and got me scheduled immediately, he is always there to help me. The service was quick, and I was back on the road in no time. I do all of my service at Tasca, and always find the service to be 5*****. Pricing is fair and service always done correct the first time.
