I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the extra effort and consideration Richard extended to me during an extended service stay. This is my first encounter with Richard and hopefully not my last . He was professional at all times and communicated in a timely fashion with a status update on my Cadillac ct 4 . Made an appointment for Monday @7:00 am. Dropped off the car and was given a ride home. My car was not diagnosed until Thursday before lunch. Part for car was delivered Friday and I picked it up that afternoon. Being without a car for 5 days is not acceptable. The work itself was professionally performed.
