The company I work for has been utilizing their services for years. We have not been happy with their services over the last couple years as we have encountered many issues. Some of the issues include reps lying to and misleading our clients and staff(verified with call recordings), not informing us of calls, not providing info after calls, mixing up who is on call, and incorrect scheduled hours. I worked there for almost three years…Never received any write ups or had an attendance issues! I would get gift cards for always helping out for shift coverage working 8-12 hours overtime a week and cash bonus for having 4 -100 score QA’s.. I didn’t end up staying but Mrs.Jalissa , Mrs.Lisa & Mrs. Valerie were all very welcoming they treat everybody like family & work through any issues you may have going on. The office is very cozy & Jalissa goes out of her way to make sure you understand what you’re being taught!! She gave me the tools that I needed for my next opportunity. They make sure everybody receives high quality service no matter how small or big the business is. Thank y’all 💙
