I’m really not sure what this company is trying to achieve by inflating weekly rental by 200% in North Sydney/ Crows Nest / Chatswood/ St Leonard’s area, then not able to actually lease any of the stocks for nearly a year… maybe they own these properties so they don’t really care what this is doing to the rental market.
