Highly Recommend!!! I was starting to lose faith in good service from any installer or any service. Till I bought my fireplace insert from Allphase! Coles gave expert SERVICE even on a Saturday. GREAT Product and even better service

Great experience for replacement of heating element in our hot tub. Very knowledgeable. Cost was reasonable. Coles Gave step by step directions and clarification on restarting the hot tub after the work was complete. Would definitely recommend for any repairs for pools, hot tubes and pellet stoves.
Had an emergency with my older US stoves pellet stove and needed a blower, these guys were friendly and super helpful, and had me back up and running with the part I needed within the day! Will be a repeat customer for my other needs as well now!
