Great experience for replacement of heating element in our hot tub. Very knowledgeable. Cost was reasonable. Coles Gave step by step directions and clarification on restarting the hot tub after the work was complete. Would definitely recommend for any repairs for pools, hot tubes and pellet stoves.
Had an emergency with my older US stoves pellet stove and needed a blower, these guys were friendly and super helpful, and had me back up and running with the part I needed within the day! Will be a repeat customer for my other needs as well now!
I had a wonderful experience with Cole. We were having issues with our wood stove not getting enough draft, Cole came and gave me a few options and different ways to remedy the situation. He also gave me tips and tricks on how to keep our wood stove burning efficiently. I really appreciated his honesty and help. I would send anyone to him if they were having issues.
Can't say enough about the service we received from Allphase. A new flue liner certainly has made a difference in the security of our home. We both feel more safe and even got a life time guarantee.
