Arian always takes me in when I need an adjustment with my aids. He takes his time with me, and seems to take joy and care in his work. I appreciate it.
I was helped by Arian (I believe is his name) with rechargeable hearing aids, and he made molds for me ear canal. I really appreciate and recommend to others who need help as well
Before coming to Tarzana Hearing Center I had gone to other hearing aid stores but was not satisfied with the service/results. I resisted hearing aids for many years but Arian was patient and understanding, and showed me how much my life experience would be enhanced with better hearing. I have difficult-to-fit ear canals (narrow and twisted) so getting ear buds to fit into my ears was a challenge, but Arian was able to fit my ears perfectly. I brought my mother in for hearing aids and the service was excellent. The hearing aid specialist was so understanding, kind and considerate of my mothers complaints and needs. She was extremely resistant at first and by the time she calmed down. We had been to a couple of other places, but I would recommend this place to anyone. He was so compassionate and knowledgeable. We went back to pick up the hearing aids and she can hear so well now with a smile on her face and I’m not having to yell to be understood.
I took my father 89 years old to Tarzana Hearing aids center three months ago. Arian, the specialist , spent more than two hours with my father to find out the proper instrument for his hearing lost. My father did not believe he had any hearing problem. He always put the blame on me or my sister not speaking loud enough. I took my father to other hearing aide officrs.
