Taryn is absolutely incredible! She is understanding and empathetic and does a wonderful job creating a space that is judgement free and feels so safe. She has made a huge positive impact on my life and mental health and continues to do so. Would give 6/5 stars if I could.
Taryn does great work with young adult women and the individuals she serves. Taryn helps clients feel safe in session as they open up and work towards their goals. Taryn brings in many skills and tools that help her clients, and as a therapist, I would feel confident referring my own friends and family to her!
Taryn is a gifted and empathetic therapist. She is great at helping individuals work through their anxiety and depression with practical coping skills. I truly trust her with my friends and family!
I can't recommend Taryn enough! I had avoided going to therapy for years, and Taryn has made the experience so much better than I could've imagined. She's incredibly easy to talk to and I look forward to our visits, even when I know we're going to talk about topics that I dread. I've been seeing Taryn regularly for a year now, and she was instrumental in helping me out of my deepest depression. I think she's a perfect balance of professional while at the same time making you feel like you're just talking to a friend.
